Earning Gold is Simple

Track your healthy activities by texting in as many times as you like. 18 of those text messages will get you to Gold. No more than 1 text a day, or 3 texts a week (Sat thru Fri) count toward Gold. You choose the activity that works for you. It can be something you are already doing, or you can sign up to get tips and ideas from us in one of our many health focus areas.

Engage Right On Your Cell Phone

After you register, everything happens right from your phone – report your activity, track your progress, and get text reminders to stay engaged. Get motivational text messages for your selected health focus area to keep you moving towards your goal.

Control Text Traffic

Choose the text messages you'd like to receive from us. Simply select a health focus area you are most interested in, and tell us the days of the week you would like to receive messages. You'll get healthy tips and motivational texts on your schedule. You can also sign up for text reminders to enter activities, and confirmation messages when we receive your texts. Standard text message rates will apply.

Earn GOLD and Track Your Activities

An easy-to-read, personalized dashboard lets you keep track of your daily activities as you progress toward Gold. See the total number of texts you've sent, how many of those count towards Gold, how many texts you still need to complete the program, as well as the number or days left in the program.

Pick Your Focus Areas

Choose a focus area you are most interested in – General Health, Eat Smart, Move More, Stress Less, Walking, Weight Management, and Health for the Whole Family. Sign up and we'll text you tips and ways to keep your routine fresh so you stay motivated. If your interest changes simply change your focus area.
